Case-insensitive parse of a schema_resolution option value. This is the single definition of valid strategy names, shared by the query path (ExternalSourceResolver.parseSchemaResolution) and the dataset CRUD validator so the two cannot diverge.

Throws:

IllegalArgumentException - if value is not a recognised strategy
